Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 30. Juni 2014 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Die Ausweis und Gliederungsbestimmungen wurden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften befolgt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Ergänzend zu den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung tragen.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
