Anhang

Der Abschluss per 31. Dezember 2020 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB sowie den steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Abschluss zum 31.12.2020 der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze des Vorjahrs wurden beibehalten.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden lt. Angaben der Geschäftsführung zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde lt. Angaben der Geschäftsführung zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden lt. Angabe der Geschäftsführung unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden lt. Angaben der Geschäftsführung alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden lt. Angabe der Geschäftsführung zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag
Die Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag ergeben sich ausschließlich aus dem Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit.
