Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr

2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 liegen die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften zugrunde sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.

Die Gesellschaft wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter der Nummer HRB 248755 geführt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Bankguthaben und Kassenbestände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Stichtag ausgewiesen, soweit diese Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Das Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Gegenüber der Gesellschafterin bestehen am Abschlussstichtag Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 364.823,96 € (Vorjahr 171.801,75 €).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 53.989,87 € (Vorjahr 38.012,93 €).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 364.823,96 € (Vorjahr 171.801,75 €).

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Für die Muttergesellschaft ist kein Konzernabschluss zu erstellen.

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführer Dominik Donhauser und Felix Schworm geführt.
