Anhang

Allgemeines

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften im Zweiten Abschnitt (§§ 264 ff.) sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden nach den Gliederungsvorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 266 Abs. 2 und 3, 275 Abs. 2 HGB) erstellt. Bei der Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft hat von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs nach §§ 274a, 288 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gesellschaft hat von der Vereinfachungsregel des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und keinen Lagebericht aufgestellt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr beibehalten.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Einzelrisiken waren nicht zu berücksichtigen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Die bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind berücksichtigt worden.

Bei den Verbindlichkeiten ist jeweils der Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt worden.

Einzelangaben zur Bilanz

Der Anlagespiegel stellt den historischen Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten die kumulierten Abschreibungen gegenüber, so dass sich als Saldo die Buchwerte für die Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens ergeben.

Sämtliche ausgewiesenen Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.
