Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der INFLURY GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Im Berichtsjahr wurden im Durchschnitt 10 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Ergänzend zu den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 € wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Geschäftsjahresabschreibung

Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Selbst erstellte immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände

Selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände (Software) wurden im Geschäftsjahr ab 12.2020 mit den bei der Entwicklung angefallenen Aufwendungen aktiviert (§ 248 HGB - Aktivierungswahlrecht).
Der Abschreibungszeitraum beträgt 84 Monate.

Steuerlich besteht ein Aktivierungsverbot.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:
