Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanz- und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 der SDEV GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft (§267 Abs.1 HGB) auf. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§275 Abs.2 HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurde entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung und Bilanzierung vorgenommen.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen errechnen sich unter Zugrundelegung der jeweiligen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2 EStG bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben und im Anlagevermögen als Zu- und Abgang behandelt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen von Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen waren nicht zu berücksichtigen.

Kassenbestand sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

In der aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzung sind die Posten enthalten, die vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgezahlt wurden, aber erst zu Aufwand nach dem Bilanzstichtag führen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde gemäß § 272 HGB mit seinem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend und angemessen Rechnung getragen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer

Der Geschäftsführung gehörten im Geschäftsjahr an:

Im gesamten abgelaufenen Wirtschaftsjahr war Herr Werner Bücher Alleingesellschafter.

IV. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Firma der Gesellschaft lautet SDEV GmbH. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Niederkassel. Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Siegburg mit der Nummer HRB 15838 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 3 Arbeitnehmer.
