ANHANG

A. Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze werden unverändert gegenüber dem Vorjahr angewendet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Grundlage für die planmäßige Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes. Die Verrechnung der Abschreibungen erfolgt nach der linearen Methode. Die Abschreibungen werden im Jahr des Zugangs zeitanteilig nach Monaten vorgenommen. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände werden entsprechend den steuerlichen Regelungen im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Bewertung des übrigen Umlaufvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum Nennwert. Erkennbare Risiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen abgedeckt.

Bei dem aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Vorauszahlungen für zukünftige Zeiträume zeitanteilig abgegrenzt.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Restlaufzeiten und Sicherheiten der Verbindlichkeiten

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten betragen:

< 1 Jahr: 16 T€ (VJ 11 T€)
> 5 Jahre: 0 T€ (VJ 0 T€)

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht gesichert.

3. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern von 82 T€ (VJ 33 T€).
