A Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Die Firma GE GmbH Putz- und Estricharbeiten ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft
im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Die Bilanz ist nach § 266 HGB in Kontenform aufgestellt und entsprechend gegliedert.

Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.

Die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke sind an den entsprechenden Stellen direkt aufgeführt. Sie sind nicht gesondert im Anhang aufgeführt.

   der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände, die Sach- und die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Gegenstände, deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, werden entsprechend ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Auf die Zugänge des beweglichen Sachanlagevermögens werden die Abschreibungen zeitanteilig (pro rata temporis) verrechnet.

Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gem. § 6 Abs. 2 - 2 a EStG wurden in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften die Bewertungswahlrechte ausgeübt. Danach wurden geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Einzelanschaffungswert bis zu 800,00 EUR netto sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Bei den Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wird möglichen Risiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Über die Verwendung des Bilanzgewinns beschließt die Gesellschafterversammlung.
