Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der AdminiStraight GmbH, Essen, Amtsgericht Essen, Handelsregister B, HRB 16937, wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 264 i.V.m. § 267 Absatz 1 HGB.
II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von drei Jahren, bewertet.
Sachanlagen werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.
Die Geschäftsausstattung und Büroeinrichtung werden nach Maßgabe der steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen für allgemein verwendbare Anlagegüter linear über einen Zeitraum von einem bis dreizehn Jahren, Kraftfahrzeuge über einen Zeitraum von sechs Jahren abgeschrieben. Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu € 800,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert.
Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens werden grundsätzlich mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und bei voraussichtlicher oder dauerhafter Wertminderung auf den niedrigeren Börsenwert abgeschrieben.
Die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Der Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält auf nach den Bilanzstichtag entfallende Beiträge für Versicherungen und Abonnements.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und sonstigen Verpflichtungen.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag.
Der Passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet Vorauszahlungen auf Vergütungen für die Zurverfügungstellung von Software-Lizenzen.
III. Angaben zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen an den Gesellschafter betragen € 45,49 (Vorjahr: € 30,45).
Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen für den Mietvertrag des Objekts Essen, Rolandstraße 7 - 9, belaufen sich auf monatlich € 3.349,30 Miete, € 1.244,12 Nebenkostenvorauszahlung und € 600,00 Stellplätze. Vereinbart ist eine feste Laufzeit bis zum 1.12.2026. Sodann verlängert sich der Mietvertrag auf unbestimmte Laufzeit mit einer Kündigungsmöglichkeit von sechs Monaten. Des Weiteren besteht ein Vertrag über eine digitale Multifunktionslösung für HR-Bereiche, der mit monatlichen Aufwendungen in Höhe von € 9.000,00 € einhergeht mit einer festen Laufzeit bis zum 31.12.2026.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt im Durchschnitt zwanzig Arbeitnehmer.
Als Geschäftsführer ist bestellt:

Herr Dr. Wullenkord ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
