A. Grundsatzangaben zum Jahresabschluss
1. Allgemeine Angaben
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Vorschriften des GmbHG, insbesondere § 42 GmbHG, beachtet.

Den formellen Erfordernissen des § 265 Abs. 2 HGB hinsichtlich der Angabe der Vorjahreszahlen wurde entsprochen.

Bei der Gliederung der Bilanz haben wir auf die Aufstellungserleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet. Dies gilt jedoch nicht für die Offenlegungserleichterungen nach § 326 HGB.

Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung haben wir das Gesamt-kostenverfahren gewählt.

2. Bilanzierung und Bewertung

a. Bilanzierungsmethoden

Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, die Schulden zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Möglich Wahlrechte im Bilanzansatz wurden ausschließlich nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen entschieden.

b. Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Bewertungsfreiheit für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde in Anspruch genommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken angesetzt.

Rückstellungen sind pflichtgemäß für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbind-lichkeiten gebildet worden. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
