Anhang

a. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der apploft GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg, eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Hamburg unter HRB 116012, wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ist bei der Aufstellung in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht worden.

Ein Lagebericht wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB nicht aufgestellt.

Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung enthalten entsprechend § 265 Abs. 2 HGB die Vergleichsbeträge des Vorjahres.

b. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis
EUR 800,00 wurden im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 aus Vereinfachungsgründen entsprechend § 6 Absatz 2a EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zu Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt; sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

c. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Gerhard Boeing, Kaufmann, geführt.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2023 durchschnittlich 40 Mitarbeiter.
