A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN UND ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS

Die Gesellschaft ist under der Firma Secardeo GmbH mit dem Sitz in Ismaning eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter der Nummer HRB137969.
Für den Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft finden die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Anwendung.
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen.
Die Vorräte sind mit ihren Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des niedrigeren Teilwerts ausgewiesen.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Erkennbare Risiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen erücksichtigt.
Kassenbestände, Bankguthaben und Bankverbindlichkeiten sind mit Ihren Nennwerten bilanziert.
Die Rückstellungen werden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit Ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

B. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Jahr im Jahresdurchschnitt 8 Mitarbeiter.
Geschäftsführer während des Jahres 2023 war Herr Dr.-Ing. Gunnar Jacobson.
Außer der Geschäftsführung waren keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
