Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der GBelectronics GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in den § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind durch eine Einzelaufstellung nachgewiesen und wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssätze werden die den Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätze der vergangenen sieben Jahre verwendet, wie sie von der Deutschen Bundesbank gem. Rückstellungsabzinsungsverordnung monatlich ermittelt und bekannt gegeben werden.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.
