Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der Triu Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt) wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach § 267a HGB handelt es sich um eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft, welche jedoch wie eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft bilanziert und veröffentlicht.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen wurden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Liquide Mittel wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden mit ihrem nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ermittelten Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 55,38 (Vorjahr: Euro 417,38).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr beträgt Euro 1.783,46 (Vorjahr: Euro 1.653,00).

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf Euro 1.783,46 (Vorjahr: Euro 1.653,00).

Sonstige Angaben

Gewinnrücklagen

Im Geschäftsjahr wurde gemäß § 5a GmbHG eine gesetzliche Rücklage in Höhe von 25 % des Jahresüberschusses gebildet.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0.
