Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Jung Process Systems GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Kummerfeld. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Pinneberg unter HRB 6100 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274 a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht.

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden linear abgeschrieben

Die Roh-, Hilfs und Betriebsstoffe sind zum Festwert bewertet.

Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Sinne von § 6 Abs. 2a EStG werden in einen Sammelposten eingestellt und über 5 Jahre aufgelöst

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nennwerten bewertet.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden nur solche vor dem Bilanzstichtag geleisteten Ausgaben aktiviert, die Aufwand für eine kalendermäßig bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken wurden in angemessener Höhe berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

V. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
