1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend der auf kleine Kapitalgesellschaften anzuwendenden Vorschriften erstellt.

2. Angabe zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet. Dabei sind die Sachanlagen um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibungen gemindert worden. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Beteiligungen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Der Bilanzansatz der Pensionsrückstellung basiert auf einem versicherungsmathematischen Gutachten.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 21. November 2014.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 113.464,07 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Geschäftsführung

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Peter Palm, 30916 Isernhagen, geführt.
