Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Sie hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 264, 274a und § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2023 und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für die Zeit vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurden nach den Gliederungsschemata für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften und unter Berücksichtigung der ergänzenden gesellschaftsvertraglichen Bestimmungen aufgestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

2. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bilanziert.

3. Forderungen und liquide Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

4. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB).

5. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens kann dem Anlagenspiegel entnommen werden.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich vollständig innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

3. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind, bis auf die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten, innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) gegliedert worden.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde durch den Geschäftsführer Herrn Karl-Heinz Kolle wahrgenommen.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte 2023 im Durchschnitt 11 Mitarbeiter*innen.
