Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 31.12.2010

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluß

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

Die Gesellschaft macht von den Erleichterungsvorschriften der §§ 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3, 276 Satz 2 HGB und teilweise des § 288 HGB Gebrauch. Die Anhangangaben gemäß § 285 Nr. 2, 4 bis 7, 9 und 12 HGB werden nicht gemacht.

Die dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 zugrunde liegenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden haben sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr aufgrund der Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes verändert; die Vorjahreszahlen wurden nicht angepasst.

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 238 bis 263 HGB).

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauern bilanziert. Zugänge im Berichtsjahr werden pro rata temporis abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, solche mit zeitlich begrenzter Nutzungsdauer vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt (4-50 Jahre). Für die Zugänge an beweglichen Anlagegütern des Geschäftsjahres werden die Jahresabschreibungen pro rata temporis angesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, die bis zum 31.12.2009 erworben worden sind, im Sinne des § 6 Abs. 2 und 2a EStG werden entsprechend dieser Vorschriften über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben (Sammelposten). Geringwertige Anlagegüter, die nach dem 31.12.2009 erworben wurden, mit Anschaffungskosten von EUR 150 bis EUR 410 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben; solche mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 150 werden mit der Anschaffung als Aufwand gebucht. Abgänge erfolgen zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich aufgelaufener Abschreibungen.

Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen; uneinbringliche Forderungen werden abgeschrieben.

Kassenbestände sowie Bankguthaben werden mit den Nominalwerten ausgewiesen.

Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie werden in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben zur Bilanz

Ein Anlagespiegel wird gem. § 274a HGB nicht aufgestellt.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr Euro 0,00) enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter, die in den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten sind, betragen Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro0,00).

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten größer als 5 Jahre betragen Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr Euro 0,00).

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Es bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse.
