Grundlegende Angaben zum Unternehmen und zur Bilanzierung

Eckdaten zum Unternehmen, Gliederung, Vorjahresbeträge

Der Jahresabschluss der BIKT AG, Mering (Amtsgericht Augsburg, HRB 31522) wird nach handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sowie ergänzenden Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Alle im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesenen Beträge lauten auf EUR.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 266 Abs. 1 S. 3, 274a, 276 und 288 Abs. 1 HGB wurde überwiegend Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses richtet sich nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Soweit Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke geboten waren, wurden diese in der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung vermerkt.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und linear pro rata temporis über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Sachanlagen sind mit ihren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich der planmäßigen und außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Bewertung zu Herstellungskosten richtet sich nach dem handelsrechtlichen Mindestumfang.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Einzelanschaffungspreis von EUR 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und als Abgang behandelt.

Finanzanlagen werden ebenfalls mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen erfolgen nur bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennbetrag abzüglich notwendiger Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Forderungen in Fremdwährung werden nach § 256a HGB umgerechnet.

Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlautzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung wurden gemäß § 256a HGB umgerechnet.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Eine Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist aus der Anlage Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ersichtlich.

Zinsen für Fremdkapital wurden bei keinem Posten des Anlagevermögens aktiviert.

Die Gesellschaft hält 100 % der Anteile an der BI Kompetenzteam GmbH, Mering. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 Euro. Der Jahresüberschuss für das Jahr 2023 beträgt auf Grund eines Beherrschungs- und Abführungsvertrages 0,00 Euro.

Die Gesellschaft hält 100 % der Anteile an der BI Kompetenzteam GmbH PE, Mering. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 Euro. Der Jahresüberschuss für das Jahr 2023 beträgt auf Grund eines Beherrschungs- und Abführungsvertrages 0,00 Euro.

Die Gesellschaft hält 100 % der Anteile an der BI Kompetenzteam GmbH Decision-Architects, Mering. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,00 Euro. Der Jahresüberschuss für das Jahr 2023 beträgt auf Grund eines Beherrschungs- und Abführungsvertrages 0,00 Euro.
