Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes erstellt.

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz zum 31.12.2010 wurden unverändert übernommen.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze:

Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bilanziert.

Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen.

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, die teilfertigen Erzeugnisse mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen erfolgte der Ansatz mit dem Nennwert.

Rückstellungen wurden nach sorgfältiger kaufmännischer Einschätzung gebildet.
