Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMog) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt in der Bilanz aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Anlagevermögen wurde grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungs- Kosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Abschreibungen auf Sachanlagen werden nach der linearen oder degressiven Methode vorgenommen unter Berücksichtigung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem beigefügten Anlagenverzeichnis ersichtlich.

Anschaffungen von beweglichen Gegenständen des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr bis zu einem Wert von 410,00€ wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Abweichungen von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als 150,00€ aber nicht mehr als 1.000,00€ wurde der Sammelposten aus den Vorjahren fortgeführt. Es wird von der Bewertung nach § 252 Abs. 2 HGB abgewichen, da die Neubewertung von untergeordneter Bedeutung wäre.
