Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze:

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma fionic GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzbuches zu beachten.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren Nominalwerten aktiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit den Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
