A. Allgemeine Angaben
Dem Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 liegen die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie die Regelungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages zugrunde.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine GmbH i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB ist bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs Gebrauch gemacht worden.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
1. Bilanzierungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuchs und unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften ( § §§ 264 ff. HGB) erstellt.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 HGB, die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht § 275 HGB.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.
Die Bilanzierungsmethoden wurden unverändert zum Vorjahr angewandt.

2. Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256 HGB erstellt.
Die Bewertungsmethoden wurden unverändert zum Vorjahr angewandt. Im Einzelnen wurde die Bewertung wie folgt vorgenommen:
Anlagevermögen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten zeitanteilig unter Berücksichtigung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Umlaufvermögen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Vorratsvermögens wurden zu Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern der beizulegende Wert am Bilanzstichtag niedriger war, wurde dieser angesetzt.
Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko wurde durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.
Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital wird gem. § 42 Abs. 1 GmbHG als gezeichnetes Kapital ausgewiesen. Ein Teilbetrag in Höhe von 8.500,00 EUR ( 34,00 % des gezeichneten Kapitals) entfällt auf eigene Anteile. Der Erwerb eigener Anteile erfolgte nach Anteilsübertragungsvertrag vom 18.12.2017 mit Wirkung zum 01.01.2018. Der den Nennbetrag übersteigende Anschaffungspreis wurde zulasten des Bilanzgewinns verrechnet.

Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen nach dem Grundsatz vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung dotiert und berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
C. Passiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet im Voraus erhaltene Zahlungen für Verträge, die über die Laufzeit abgegrenzt sind.
D. Sonstige Angaben
Angabe gem. § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG:
· Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 71.063,13 € (VJ 0,00 €)
