Allgemeine Angaben

Der Einzelabschluß der InoNet GmbH wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung folgt dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die InoNet GmbH ist gem. § 267 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften werden in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gliederungen blieben zum Vorjahr unverändert. Der Jahresabschluss ist in Euro (EUR) aufgestellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen sind mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Restlaufzeit sämtlicher Forderungen beträgt weniger als 1 Jahr.

Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet.

Zum Geschäftsführer sind bestellt:	Michael Schmohl, Brunnthal, Geschäftsführer
	Ralph Ostertag, Oberhaching, Geschäftsführer

Aufgrund der Regelungen des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB wird auf den Ausweis der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung verzichtet.
