Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2022

der WUWIT GmbH, Schellerten

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang ist aufgestellt worden nach den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) und der Paragraphen 238 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB).

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen erfolgen linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.
Dabei werden in Anwendung des Par. 254 HGB auch steuerliche Vorschriften beachtet. Die Abschreibungen auf Neuzugänge 2022 wurden monatlich vorgenommen.

Die Bewertung der Bestände ist zu Anschaffungskosten gem. Par. 255 HBG erfolgt.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit Ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Bilanzgewinn

Der Bilanzgewinn entwickelt sich gem. Par. 268 Abs. 1 HGB und Par. 29 Abs. 1 GmbHG wie folgt:

Gewinn/Verlustvortrag: 103.302,64 €

Jahresüberschuss: 49.918,66 €

Bilanzgewinn: 153.221,30 €

4. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.
