Anwendungen der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches

Der Abschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes in Euro aufgestellt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Alle Rückstellungen sind mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. Dabei werden steuerrechtliche Bewertungsvorschriften beachtet.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Geschäftsführungsorgane
Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Frank Polczyk, geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
