Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 (1) HGB.

Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts wurde gemäß § 264 (1) S. 4 HGB verzichtet.

Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die im Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 angeschafften Anlagegüter werden mit der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer nach der pro-rata-temporis-Regel abgeschrieben.

Die geringwertigen Anlagegüter - GWG- mit einem Anschaffungspreis von 800 € netto werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem nominalen Wert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert berücksichtigt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung von ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von einem Jahr.

Eigenkapital

Das Stammkapital in Höhe von 25.000 € ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben bis auf das Darlehen der Commerzbank eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Geschäftsführung

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte bei Herrn Lars Hennig.
