What must be published depends on company size, measured by total assets, revenue and headcount: a company belongs to a size class when it stays below two of the three limits on two consecutive balance-sheet dates. Current limits:

Micro-companies up to €450,000 total assets · €900,000 revenue · 10 employees
Only deposit a balance sheet, which is not publicly viewable. No figures appear here.
Small companies up to €7.5 million total assets · €15 million revenue · 50 employees
Publish an abridged balance sheet without a profit and loss statement. Revenue and net income are then missing.
Medium-sized companies up to €25 million total assets · €50 million revenue · 250 employees
Publish the balance sheet and an abridged profit and loss statement.
Large companies (above that)
Publish the full annual statement including the management report.

Sole traders and partnerships with a natural person as fully liable partner (such as GbR, OHG or a classic KG) are not required to disclose at all. Figures then only exist if they were published voluntarily.

Other typical reasons:

The company has fallen below the size limits and has only deposited its statements since, instead of publishing them.
The company was dissolved, merged, liquidated or is insolvent. After that, statements are usually no longer published.
The filing was missed or is late. The Federal Office of Justice then imposes fines, but publication often still happens years later.

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Die Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden uneingeschränkt in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgen unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften und unter zusätzlicher Beachtung der steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen.

Aktiva

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände, soweit entgeltlich erworben, sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet, die gegebenenfalls um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert wurden. Sachanlagen wurden mit Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Nutzungsdauer der einzelnen Vermögensgegenstände ist anhand der steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen festgelegt, wobei jeweils möglichst kurze zulässige Nutzungsdauern gewählt wurden. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 1.000,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs auf 5 Jahre abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Passiva

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und wurden in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt.

Soweit handelsrechtlich zulässig, wurden im Einklang mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften stehende Berechnungsverfahren verwendet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Da es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft handelt, ist diese gem. § 274a Nr. 1 HGB von der Pflicht zur Aufstellung eines Anlagespiegels befreit.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind - wie im Vorjahr - sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten haben - wie im Vorjahr - sämtlich eine Laufzeit von unter 5 Jahren.

Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 16.127,05 (Vorjahr EUR 10.256,71).
