Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anlage 1      Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2022
1               Allgemeine Angaben
Die ComValue GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Wiesbaden und ist im Handelsregister Wiesbaden unter HRB 26239 eingetragen. Gegenstand der Gesellschaft ist die Beratung von Unternehmen, die Erstellung und Bereitstellung, der Betrieb und Vertrieb von Marketing- und Abverkaufs Lösungen und Internetplattformen, die Erstellung und Gestaltung von Software-Produkten sowie der Handel mit versandhandelsfähigen Produkten, insbesondere von Produkten aus dem Gesundheitssektor und die Geschäftsführung und Vertretung als persönlich haftender Gesellschafter von Firmen, die sie dazu beauftragen.
Der Abschluss der ComValue GmbH, Wiesbaden, für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2022 bis zum 31. Dezember 2022 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes der Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung betreffend sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB).
2               Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende, im Vergleich zum Vorjahr unveränderten, Grundsätze und Methoden:
-          Die Bilanz wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB in Kontoform aufgestellt.
-          In der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde wie in den Vorjahren die Gliederung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.
-          Für eine klare und übersichtliche Darstellung von allen geforderten Informationen war der Raum in der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nicht ausreichend. Die Ausweiswahlrechte wurden daher überwiegend im Anhang dargestellt.
Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:
-          Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
-          Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
-          Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
-          Die Abschreibung auf Zugänge des Anlagevermögens erfolgte zeitanteilig unter Anwendung der steuerlichen Erleichterungsvorschriften.
-          Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.
-          Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:
-          Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten
-          Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten
-          Ausleihungen zum Nennwert
-          Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wurde durch einen pauschalen Abschlag auf den Forderungsbestand berücksichtigt.
3               Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Eigenkapital
Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 26.000,00 ist vollständig eingezahlt.
Sonstige Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten insbesondere Rückstellungen für Personalkosten sowie für Abschluss und Prüfung.
4               Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Sonstige betriebliche Erträge
Die sonstigen betrieblichen Erträge beinhalten insbesondere Erstattungen nach AAG.
Sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen
Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen beinhalten insbesondere Kosten für den Betrieb sowie die Verwaltung der Gesellschaft.
5               Sonstige Angaben
Arbeitnehmer
Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 11 (i. Vj. 17) Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Haftungsverhältnisse / Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Zum Ende des Geschäftsjahres bestehen, wie im Vorjahr, weder Eventualverbindlichkeiten und Haftungsverhältnisse noch sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.
Organe der Gesellschaft
Im Geschäftsjahr wurde die Geschäftsführung ausgeübt von Benedikt A. Becker, Mouans-Sartoux, Frankreich. Auf die Angabe der Vergütung für die Geschäftsführung wird mit Hinweis auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet.
